Meet Our Providers
Namrata Shah, MD, FACOG
Dr. Namrata Shah has been practicing Ob/Gyn for over 25 years. Under her visionary leadership. Essential Women’s Healthcare was founded in 2009. Dr. Shah is proud to say that EWH sets the standard for cutting edge technology combined with unsurpassed patient care. Dr. Shah completed her Ob/Gyn training at the Prestigious New York Hospital in New York. She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (FACOG) and Board certified in Ob/Gyn by the American Board of Ob/Gyn. She is also Board certified in Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology.
Dr. Shah is a Clinical Assistant Professor and Faculty Attending at Rutgers RWJ Medical School. Dr. Shah is highly skilled in the care of Pregnant and High risk patients, and has delivered over 5,000 babies. She has one of the lowest cesarean section rates (11%) as compared to the national average of 32%. She is very proficient in Gyn Surgery and has performed over 5,000 Open and Minimally invasive Surgeries.
Jennifer Aguilar, MSN, FNP
Jennifer is a Family Nurse Practitioner. She obtained her Bachelors in Nursing from New York University in 2018. She worked in the outpatient setting in GI and Women’s Health in NYC until she moved to Florida where she enrolled at the University of South Florida’s Masters in Nursing program. She has experience working with women undergoing fertility treatments, and she has always had a passion for women’s health.
Jennifer is also a certified lactation counselor and enjoys counseling our postpartum moms in breastfeeding. As a military spouse, she is passionate about providing military families with access to healthcare providers.
During her free time Jennifer can be found spending time with her husband, daughter, and senior dog exploring new places and restaurants in the Tri-State area.
